Lewellen Studio Return Policy

Tile from lewellen Studio that you are not completely satisfied with may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, with receipt or proof of purchase. Tiles must be in new condition and not a custom designed or custom glazed tile.

Returns require an authorization number, please contact us for
an authorization number prior to shipping any returns, without a number package(s) will be refused.

Returns should be shipped via our tracable carrier UPS. Any tiles damaged while being returned will be deducted from the refund amount. The package(s) with the contents will then be set aside undisturbed for two weeks, in the event you wish to contact UPS
to file a claim.

All shipping charges are the customers responsibility and will be deducted from the return amount.

A standard 20% restocking fee is charged on returns.
